Forge is designed to help you find your path and keep you safe whilst in the outdoors. Our intention is to remove ‘getting lost’ as a barrier to exploring the mountains, making getting out more reassuring and allowing you to enjoy them that much more. This is one of our contributions to the outdoor community.
We want to grow the Forge family and get you, even more, stoked to hit the trail - introducing #IAMFORGE Monthly Strava Challenges. For the coming months we will be running a variety of challenges on Strava where you stand the chance to take home (a lot of) beer. The challenges will be trail-oriented - sometimes trail running, sometimes mountain biking but always with the incentive of delicious Devil’s Peak Brewing Company’s finest brews. The only underlying caveat to participating is that you must be a part of the FORGE Strava Club - which is free to join!
We will release all the information on the homepage of the FORGE Strava club, so be sure to check it out for updates. Our challenges will cater to the racing snakes and the sweepers - so don’t be scared off. At the end of the day, this is a fun excuse (if you ever needed one) to get out and explore more.
February #IAMFORGE Trail Running Challenge details:
Challenge: Complete a 5km trail run
Prize: One case of Devil’s Peak 500ml Lager (1x24 beers)
The Ts & Cs - to be eligible for the prize:
Complete a run of a minimum of 5km - the majority of which must be off-road/trail.
Include #IAMFORGE in the title of your run.
Be a member of the FORGE Strava Club.
The more runs you complete and use the tag #IAMFORGE in the title of your run, the better your chances.
Runs must be completed between 1 February 2020 - 29 February 2020.
The prize is only available for collection in Johannesburg or Cape Town.
The winner will be selected in a lucky draw. One activity with #IAMFORGE in the title = one entry.
Winners will be announced on March 1 2020.
