Elephant's Eye Cave

This relatively easy and popular hike leads one to a large gash in Constantiaberg's eastern face. The cave is full of ferns and mystique and the views are pretty decent too.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Pass the 'Elephant's Eye Cave' sign and follow the well established path for a few hundred meters before joining the jeep track. As it starts to go up, take the path right (cutting out the winding track. Walk along the plateau and gradually ascend towards the cave. After passing the fire look-out on your right, make sure you keep right at the upcoming fork.
