All the way up, the path is very distinct. The first few 100m you walk along a wide jeep track before it merges into a well-troden path. The gradient is consistent but pleasant until you reach a series of scrambles which are supplemented with chains and handles. Alternatively, you can avoid the chains and take the slightly longer loop around the back. The last stretch on bare rock and quite steep.
