ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Walk beneath the dam wall and join the jeep track. After a few hundred metres begin the ascent by turning right up the ridge. At the second fork turn left and continue to keep right. Continue straight to the peak, crossing over the jeep track.

TRAIL TRIVIA

'Silvermine' is a misleading name, for although shafts were sunk in the area circa 1680 silver was never found here.
